Ingredients
Roasted gram – 200 g
Mucuna pruriens seeds – 50 g
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Almonds – 5
Cashews – 5
Ragi flour – 30 g
Jaggery – as required
Grated coconut – 3 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Method
Roast seeds, gram, and ragi; cool and grind.
Sauté nuts and raisins in ghee.
Mix ground powder, coconut, and jaggery; form into balls.
Consume 500–1000 mg seed powder daily with milk.

Ingredients
Raw rice – 2 cups
Roasted gram – 1 cup
Jaggery – ½ cup
Method
Soak rice for 2 hours, drain, then roast until puffed.
Make jaggery syrup (thick consistency) and strain.
Mix puffed rice into syrup, spread on plate to cool.
